flourish Series

Though my early 'floral' works were inspired by the landscape around my home, I painted winter. As an artist, most of my creativity lay dormant as well. 

As I began journaling, interpreting dreams, gardening, I began to grasp what it really means to be an artist. As I accepted the responsibility of creating in partnership with the creatrix, my garden began to flourish. 

Painting taught me that my soul, rather than a tiny light within, glows radiance and emanates peace for miles around me. My body resides within the soul. Connected to all beings, we flower, bloom, and prosper as one.
