A new collection is arriving from the studio — and I want you to be part of it.

For a long time, I have been standing in front of my paintings and seeing something more than canvas. I have been seeing the warp and weft of linen. The way a colour field might drape across the back of a settee. The way fifty years of following earth and sky and water might find its way into the quiet texture of a room you live in every day.

This October, I am finally following that vision.

What Art Cloth Is

Each panel of Interwoven Cloth is a single, original expressionist landscape — earth, sky, water, the luminous place where they meet — printed into 100% Belgian linen. Two yards long by 54 inches wide. The linen itself has a beautiful warp and weft, a gentle slub, a slight openness that makes it breathe.

This is not decorating fabric. This is a painting that has found a new body.

When you wrap it around a chair cushion, drape it over an ottoman, sew it into curtains or a duvet — the same energy that lives in the painting begins to live in your room. Not as decoration. As presence. As the grounded, tangible quality of colour that you can almost taste when you run your fingers across it.

I want that in my home. I want you to be able to have it too.

How It Works

The panel is designed so that one painting transfers completely — six feet of image becomes two yards of cloth. If you need more length, you order a second panel, and it repeats in mirror image, creating a seamless four-yard expanse. No harsh repeat. No interruption of the field.

The Belgian linen is lightweight enough for curtains and duvets. It wears beautifully for upholstery. It is washable. It moves with you.

Some paintings I have divided into their warm and cool halves — creating two distinct cloths from a single work, each complete on its own, each relating tenderly to the other. You might use just one, or layer them both through a room, the way a season holds its contradictions at once.

Your Invitation

Right now, about a dozen works are available as made-to-order cloth panels in my studio shop. But this month, I am opening something wider.

I have culled fifty to a hundred paintings from the last fifty years. I cannot add them all to the collection — but I will translate any of them onto cloth at your request, for the same price as a standard panel. No custom surcharge. A 25% saving on what bespoke would otherwise cost.

Tell me what you are imagining. A guest room for when the grandchildren visit. A Moroccan settee that has been waiting three and a half years for the right fabric. A coffee table that needs to anchor a room. I am genuinely curious what you will see in these paintings that I have not thought of yet.

The link is below. Come and look. Tell me what is calling to you.

These panels are made to order, directly from the studio. No two homes will hold the same cloth in quite the same way — because no two rooms, no two lives, hold the light exactly alike.

For Professional Designers

My full art portfolio — sixty original works and growing — is available for designer collaboration. If you are a designer who has been imagining what these paintings might do inside your client's spaces, I would love to hear from you.
